Alexander McQueen Spring and Summer 2010 Shoe Collection. Although the man behind the brilliant shoe brand recently passed away his designs will live forever. Many have wondered because of recent events will his collection still be available to purchase, and will future collections be release? We can all breathe a sigh of relief knowing his brand will live on. Gucci Group (owner of the McQueen brand) president and CEO Robert Polet announced today that the business will go on. The Fall 2010 collection presentation was suppose to be held the first day of New York Fashion Week but it was canceled due to McQueen’s death, the collection will now be presented during Paris Fashion Week, scheduled for March 9th. Hopefully the brand will continue to show many different designs and have the same unique appeal as original McQueen designs. For now look below to see looks from this spring and summer collection for 2010. The last original collection from McQueen will be shown in march.
